When placing a rental with Lo-Cost Auto Rental, your reservation is not guaranteed until we have a credit card on file. After your reservation is confirmed, it becomes a booking and the cancellation policy is in force.
The policy is as follows:
If, for some reason, you think you will be later than your scheduled arrival time, call us at (406) 683-4147 and let us know so we can accommodate you. If we don't hear from you within an hour of expected pick up, we will consider you a No Call/No Show.
